Here's the city of Budapest. Budapest as "one" city has only existed since 1873 - when the twin cities of Buda and Pest were united into a single city, together with the smaller Óbuda (old Buda) which became part of Buda. Buda + Pest = Budapest
Here's the city of Budapest. Budapest as "one" city has only existed since 1873 - when the twin cities of Buda and Pest were united into a single city, together with the smaller Óbuda (old Buda) which became part of Buda.
